"A bit belated, but I want to congratulate all those involved in the Tameside Local History Fair, held last Saturday at Stalybridge.

I learnt a lot, put faces to a lot of names, and actually spent some money. (not a thing I do lightly)

I hope the organisers think about making this a regular thing, the location was perfect, and the ambience terrific.
